At G.N Dental Instruments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or opened for hygiene and safety reasons
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to our address provided upon request. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
