Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Worldwide Shipping We ship globally to dental clinics, hospitals, medical institutions, and individual practitioners worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination:
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 10–18 business days
- 🇺🇸 USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- 🌍 Rest of World: 14–25 business days
Shipping Carriers We ship via trusted international carriers including Pakistan Post (EMS), DHL, FedEx, and TNT depending on destination and order size.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying bulk orders.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at gndentalinstrument@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
